-  A former collegiate player at Coastal Carolina University (2013–2017), George also worked with the Chanticleers’ baseball program as a Video Analytics and Operations Intern

-Founder of Pitch-Zen Performance, offering customized remote and hybrid pitching programs designed for elite high school, collegiate, and professional athletes.

- Pitching Development: Drawing on his experience as a professional pitcher (2023–2025) and his collegiate career with the Oregon Ducks (2021–2022).

- Coaching & Analytics: Former Graduate Assistant with the Oregon Ducks Baseball Program (2022–2023). 

Director of PItching

 - Director of Pitching – Northern Westchester Outlaws

- Offers in-person, one-on-one and small group lessons for athletes of all ages and skill levels

- Provides monthly training programs designed to support long-term growth and consistency

-Designs and implements 7-day throwing programs focused on arm care, strength, and performance

Director of Player Development - Softball

- Offers in-person, one-on-one and small group lessons for athletes of all ages and skill levels

-Brings a strong focus to hitting development and defensive fielding instruction

- Canadian Olympic National Softball Team Member (2017–Present). Pan American Gold Medalist (2025), Silver Medalist (2022) and Bronze Medalist (2023)

- World Championship Bronze Medalist (2024) – Named to the All-World Team in China

- Division I Softball Player – Oregon State University

Competed in the 2022 NCAA Women’s College World Series

Softball Pitching Instructor

- Competed at NCAA D1 Furman University - Third SOCON in Saves in 2022

-Pitched all 4 years at the Division I level — leading her staff with the lowest SOCON ERA in 2025 and ranking Top 3 in saves in 2022
